FAQ'S — Groovy Glides
SIZING & FIT
What sizing system do you use? Our shoes are designed with European sizing. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for the best fit. Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements.
Are these shoes good for wide feet? Absolutely — wide fit is our specialty. Every Groovy Glide is designed with extra room in the toe box to eliminate pinching, squeezing and rubbing. They're built for real feet, not narrow fashion lasts.
Are they suitable for neuropathy, bunions or plantar fasciitis? Yes — this is exactly who we designed them for. The wider fit reduces pressure on sensitive areas, the genuine leather softens and adapts to your foot over time, and the removable insoles accommodate most custom orthotics. Thousands of our customers deal with neuropathy, bunions and plantar fasciitis and tell us these are the first shoes that don't hurt.
Do the shoes accommodate custom orthotics? Yes. All Groovy Glides feature removable insoles so you can replace them with your own custom orthotics for a personalized fit.
Do they require a break-in period? Most customers tell us they're comfortable right out of the box. The genuine leather does soften further with wear and adapts beautifully to the shape of your foot over time.
SHIPPING
How long will processing take? Orders typically process within 3–5 business days before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. In most cases it's faster than that.
How long until I receive my order? Within the United States: 2–7 business days after shipping. Canada and international orders: 7–15 business days after shipping. Most customers receive their order within 5–15 days total.
Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. A tracking number is sent to you by email or text once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Is that normal? Yes — don't worry! Some orders ship from multiple fulfillment locations and arrive separately. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Why does the value on my package look lower than what I paid? Our fulfillment centers sometimes list a lower declared value or classify items as gifts to help protect you from import duties and tariffs. This is common practice in international shipping and nothing to be concerned about.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if my size doesn't fit? Contact us right away at support@groovyglides.com. If your order hasn't shipped we can often make changes. If it has shipped, once you receive it we'll arrange an exchange through our nearest regional warehouse.
Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it? We process orders quickly — often same day — so contact us immediately at support@groovyglides.com if you need to make a change. We'll do everything we can to help before it ships.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
What are Groovy Glides made of? Genuine leather uppers that soften naturally with wear, premium non-slip outsoles for confident steps on any surface, and cushioned removable insoles for all-day comfort.
How many colours are available? We currently offer 12 beautiful colours in our Groovy Glides line — from the fan favourite Teal Trekkers to the bold Coral Cheetah Charmers, playful Dairy Dashers and many more. We're always adding new colours so check back regularly.
Do you have a men's line? Yes! We're just launching our Men's Groovy Guards line in 4 colours. Wide fit, the same genuine leather quality, designed for men who need comfort without sacrificing style.

ORDERS & ACCOUNT
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? Check your spam and promotions folders first — it sometimes ends up there. If you still can't find it, email us at support@groovyglides.com and we'll sort it out immediately.
My package hasn't arrived. What now? All orders come with tracking so you can check the status anytime. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll refund your payment in full and do our best to locate your package.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Diners Club.
